Subcontractors are the most important part to any project getting built! On any given project I-Kota subcontracts out 50-85% of the total work put in place. We pay as fast as we possibly can, and have empathy for the cash flow constraints that our subcontractor partners face. We do not hold payment without cause, and pay the Friday of the week we receive payment from an owner.
