Zinnia is a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) project, located in Longmont, CO near the Boulder County Fairgrounds. The four-story, 55 unit structure consists of only 1-bedroom apartments. Construction is anticipated to start in May of 2023 and construction is to be completed in Q2 of 2024. One unique aspect of this project is it will share the same parking lot and space with Suites Apartments, an existing affordable housing building, run by Longmont Housing Authority. This location also provides great access to retail stores and food. The intent and goals of this project are spearheaded by Element Properties, with Shopworks Architecture providing the design and vision to match the goals set out for an impactful and highly-desired project.
