Sol is an affordable multi-family project that is part of Phase 3 of the Sun Valley Choice Neighborhood Transformation by Denver Housing Authority. The project consists of two buildings connected by a sky bridge for a total of 169 units with a mix of affordable, market-rate, and live-work units. Community integration is achieved by two plaza parks in the southern corners of the site as well as a pedestrian walkway through the site to connect 10th and 11th Avenues. The goal of the Sun Valley redevelopment is to achieve a community that is connected, innovative, and healthy for all residents and community members.
