A renovation of 79 units, in an eleven-story building located in Boulder, CO. The work will consist of abatement of materials containing asbestos, replacement of balcony storefront and windows, renovation of unit kitchens and finishes. The renovation will occur while the building is occupied. The project is scheduled to start in October 2022.
