Mariposa Phase 7 – This is a 4% LIHTC ground up 7 story midrise tower for dedicated senior living. It’s a TOD (transportation orientated development) site located just south of downtown Denver. This project is unique based upon utilization of geo thermal, and the frame cad prefabricated product. Project was completed March 2017.
