About Our CEO
Riley McLaughlin grew up on a farm in rural North Dakota, a small town of 75 people. Riley’s passion for hard work, problem-solving and the importance of community can be traced back to these agricultural roots. In 2006, Riley and his wife moved to Colorado to start a family of their own, today they have 2 young children. In 2010, Riley founded I-Kota, a company that believes strongly in relationship building and treating people the right way. He leads the firm upon the established core values, and ethics that are the pillars of the organization, likewise they are the foundation of his personal life. Riley is a strong believer in supporting the community through supporting the local chamber, the real estate industry, and giving time to others without expecting anything in return.
